The PVC valve is a control device which sends partially air that come from the electric air pump / foot pump / hand pump to the inflatable balloon or chamber or deflates air from the inflatable balloon or chamber. Although its name might sound very complicated, it is a very simple device and its function can be easily understood.

The PVC valve helps keeping the inflatable balloon in proper shape. Also, it helps deflate air from inflatable balloon to store it.
