Intertek magazine :Why the foreign buyers take a point of inpection serviecs? What role inpection can play to the buyer and suppplier? If manufacuturers want to control good quality,inpection can help them?If the inpection passed,the goods have been qualified?
Liu Zhiqing said:the role of buyer:usually as a buyer,you need to purchase goods from the origin across continents,must guarantee their benefit,make sure is for its production quality product.Although mordern communication means make the contact becomes very conveninent,but this cannot replce the buyer in the scene to the product quality monitoring.Depend on the independent testing agency, the concern of product quality will disappear.The product do not meet the requirement in production or befor shipment be found and controlled in time ,you can as a representative of the buyer to follow-up all the related quality procedures.
The benefit for the supplier is obvious.Inspection can reduce return;Inspection services can in all stages of the production process,to avoid delay and ensure can found product defects before the product entered into market as far as possible.The result of delivery failure usually is the products returned to manufacturers,the purchasing agent proposed claim and the manufacturer loss business reputatiion.Inspection service are to help avoid similar situations,which is good help for the manufacturer.In the normal condition, the parties have the provision to stipulate that the shipment inpection issuing certificates and other documents must be provided before pay the full amount fund.Various types of inpection services help manufacturers and distributors to strengthen cooperation,in order to guarantee order form goods and delivering cargo in quality,quantity consistent.

Liu Zhiqing said:Most toy enterprise will choose to sample test before shipment,because for buyerers、suppliers and inspection personnel this time///////////////////////////////////////////////////////'s test has intuitive and representation,you can see the situation of all the final product.There are some problems in this test way: if found a major problem,it will effect the export of bulk goods.I personally feel that the production tes is helpful to the toy companies,when the first batch of products removed from the pipeline,our inspectors are ready to check out the defect and deviation of quality,and then recommended effective and feasible correct mistake method in production to factory,end up the problem found in the first batch goods and reduce the subsequent risk of problems with the finished product.
Liu Zhiqing:According to the agreemnt between buyers and sellers,achieve together consistently,this is so-called inspection requirement,is similar to our inspection check list.It is not compulsory,may acccording to the different demand of foreign buyers to make the appropriate adjustments.
As for toy enterprise,there is no special inspection requirements,just formulate together according to buyers and sellers.Usually our inspector is clear the safety standards for toys,once found some products do not meet toy security standard will bring them back to lab for testing,we also can spot tested if the factory have lab and equipment .
The different between test:On-site inspection took a large number of samples,pay more attention to the batch quality of toys;Focus on function and appearance of the toy,when inspection the samples taken actual was the workers production,which can more representative the factory///////////////////////////////////////////////////////'s real quality level;Long-term large quantities of on-site inspection,test data,which is the important basis of a factory management level.
